SPANISH TORTILLA

Mi hijo está estudiando en Estados Unidos, el fin de semana pasado fue a un "picnic" y dice que le dieron una tortilla española que no estaba mal, pero para que él y su familia americana aprendan a hacerla bien, aquí tienen la receta, con un pequeño video. Mi inglés seguramente deja mucho que desear pero se hace lo que se puede. Muchos besos desde España. 

Ingredients (5 persons):

10 eggs, 6 medium potatoes, olive oil and salt.

Elaboration:

Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Reserve.

Put olive oil in the pan, when hot, add the potatoes. Let potatoes fry. They have to be soft.

We get the potatoes from the oil and scurried. Reserve.

Now, we beat the eggs, add salt and then, add the potatoes. Mix the eggs and potatoes.

Remove oil from the pan and heat it, when quite hot, add the potatoes and eggs mixture, we do a few minutes and turn with a plate. Remove from pan and ready to eat.
